Description

Job Purpose:
To manage all shifts to ensure that quality food with an appetizing appeal is served to guests and to maintain standards of excellence and consistency while providing profit to the business.

Job Functions:
To serve quality food at a reasonable price.

To assist Kitchen Manager and General Manager in: purchasing of food and supplies from vendors,quality control, cost control of food and supplies, hiring, training, and developing hourly kitchen employees.

Assist Kitchen Manager and General Manager in maintaining appropriate inventory levels of food and supplies.

Maintain service levels and food quality throughout meal periods.

Conduct interviews of possible new employees.

Coordinate and administer new employee orientation.

Provide on-going coaching and training .

Complete daily financial records.

Place and receive vendor orders.

Maintain a harmonious working environment at all times.

Reports to: Kitchen Manager, General Manager, District Manager

Personal appearance to meet company standards and policy, displaying professionalism at all times.

Ensure all Sanitation, Safety and Security Policies and Procedures are recognized and enforced, to
ensure a safe environment for all.

Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE's Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a
professional in every aspect of performance.

Requirements
Must have current experience as a Restaurant Manager in full service dining.
