Description
In this position, you will be responsible for the delivering of the Direct X driver stack for the Visual Computer Group's products. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Driving the responsible growth of the site
- Establishing roadmaps, product plans and SOW's with your partners and customers
- Demonstrated leadership of development teams that have delivered products on time and within budget.
- Responsible for Pstaff
- Contributing to strategic direction setting discussions at a staff level
- Working with external partners or customers on joint projects or establishing SOW's
- Providing coaching and/or mentoring and focal management of your staff
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering with more than seven years of experience in technical and management experience.
Additional qualifications include:
- Skilled in C and/or C++ Programming
- 3D graphics application development
- Understanding of the Direct 3D* graphics API
- Ability to technically evaluate engineering problems and guide engineering solutions
- Industry experience in 2D and 3D graphics companies would be an added advantage

Description
The Leadership Trainee will participate in cross functional projects under the guidance of a designated mentor in an effort to develop people for supervisor/management positions throughout the company. Participants will be involved in cross training activities to develop their vision and understanding of corporate and live processes and goals. This position is designed to cover for absences of other team members at the designated shift & location(s).
1. Coordinate projects as designated by mentor to increase understanding of company operations and corporate processes or to improve a process or procedure. May involve committee participation and exposure to areas outside of the live production environment.
2. Develop leadership & supervisory skills through participation in educational opportunities such as seminars, GnP Leadership Training Program and other ongoing training events.
3. Develop understanding of financial & cost accounting reports and how areas may impact numbers positively or negatively and provide solutions.
4. Observe & enforce all company personnel, safety, and quality policies.
5. Fill in for supervisor/manager positions as needed for vacation or other absences.
6. Expand knowledge of processes and procedures throughout Live Production
Initial Assignment for the Leadership Trainee will be at the Hatchery
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 4 year degree in Agriculture, Economics or Business Management is REQUIRED
- 3 - 5 Years of Previous Related Experience
- Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Very good analytical skils
- Very good project management skills
- Above average negotiation skills
- Very good communication (oral and written) skills
